*Edited: The schedule we received from Quest showed August 2 for both the Saturday Schedule and Sunday schedule.  The second day of classes should have read August 3.   I edited their schedule for clarification and added it to this post.

The times in your Parent Portal were tentative times pending the receipt of the schedule from Quest.   The times on the attached schedule are now final and are the times you need to refer to for your child.  The portal times will be updated shortly to reflect the schedule. 

 Important Notes for Quest Attendees

1. The studio will open 30 minutes before the start of the Intensive on both days and close 15 minutes after the end of the last class/showcase. 

2. Level placement:
-ACT 1 is for all Advanced and Advanced Intermediate students in Level 7. 
-ACT 2 is for Levels  4, 5 and 6 (Some elementary, all Intermediate, and some Advanced Intermediate)
 -Mini (held on Saturday), Levels 1-3 dancers. 
**The intensive and the studio directors reserve the right to move students to a different level for the weekend if we deem it necessary. 

3. See the attachment for the weekend’s schedule. 
*NOTE! The small group choreography is for Competition Elite Group 1 – if your child is not cast in that group (competitors) or if your child isn’t a competitor, your child should not stay at the studio for the rehearsal. 

4. Showcase: All students in Act 1 and Act 2 intensives will stay for the showcase on Sunday. Parents are invited to watch. Scholarships and special awards will be given and dancers will perform material that they learned over the weekend. 

5.  We are not doing headshots this year. 

6. Lunch breaks: Students MAY NOT leave the facility during the lunch break. Please send lunches and snacks with your dancer. 

7. Lake Shore Dance West Bend has a water bottle filler/bubbler for your child.
